Narrow, and confidently so. They nominated a specific pocket of Broadbeach Waters, and it had to be canal front. Being a builder, the husband wasn't looking for finished — he wanted a home he could renovate and add real value to over time.
Journey
A brief that limits the field to a handful of streets. The search ran three to four weeks, and the property that answered the brief was heading to market on a short campaign. Jake got the family through the property before the campaign opened, which meant they were assessing it properly while everyone else was still waiting for the first inspection. We negotiated it under market value and within their budget.
