— The story
How Jake & Kath secured this home
Client brief
An apartment as close to the beach as possible in Palm Beach, with uninterrupted ocean views. A penthouse was the preferred outcome.
Journey
Moving from overseas meant Mike and Emily needed someone on the ground they could trust. We started by understanding exactly what they were looking for, then represented their interests, handled the process and kept them confident at every step.
Budget result
Purchased comfortably on budget, and Mike and Emily were thrilled with the price we secured.
Outcome
Mike, Emily and Nicky secured a beachside penthouse in Palm Beach, ticking off their preferred outcome, and now call the Gold Coast home. They shared their experience with Edwards Buyers Agents on camera, and Nicky stole the show and is ready for his movie star debut.

Jake Edwards
Founder · Director · Buyers Agent
Jake built Edwards Buyers Agents from a simple conviction: a buyer deserves the same caliber of representation that vendors take for granted. Throughout his AFL career at Carlton, he invested in property to secure his future — and that first-hand experience became the foundation of the agency.
