Journey
After searching for almost 12 months and missing out on several properties, the family engaged Kath to help secure the right home. Following a couple of months working alongside another agent, Kath decided to take a proactive approach and personally prospect the two streets the buyers had identified. Her direct letterbox campaign led to a seller contacting her with an off-market opportunity. Kath was then able to work directly with the seller and negotiate a successful purchase for her buyers, without the competition or pressure of a public campaign.
