A home filled with natural light in a quiet and peaceful setting.
Journey
Our client had been searching unsuccessfully for several months before engaging Kath. When the right property became available, it attracted multiple offers, however Kath was able to successfully secure the home for our buyer.

Slightly over budget by choice to secure the property in a competitive multiple-offer situation.
Outcome
Purchased within a prestigious golf course estate featuring skyline views, extensive amenities and a beautiful pool. The client was absolutely thrilled with the result.
