Journey
Our client's player manager reached out asking for help buying his very first home on the Gold Coast. After taking on the brief and learning more about exactly what he was after, we got straight into hunting for the right home. Within two weeks we identified the perfect property in the up-and-coming suburb of Ashmore, only down the road from his training facility at Carrara. It had been listed for just four hours before we negotiated a deal right on budget. During the conditional stage we identified a couple of items that needed addressing, thanks to the building and pest report.
