Journey
Our clients had been holidaying in Noosa for many years and had fallen in love with the place and the lifestyle. The aim was to identify any beachside luxury apartments for sale. After a couple of inspections we were able to target two separate apartments in the heart of Noosa Heads. Both Jake and the client attended the auction for the first, where we watched an overseas buyer pay well over market value to secure it. The second apartment was the more desirable of the two and attracted a higher price point — three bedrooms, two bathrooms and incredible views over the main beach — and it had been listed for quite a while without a serious offer that appealed to the sellers. We were able to come in and get a deal done that secured the property $350,000 under the external valuation we'd had completed in the lead-up.
