Our clients had recently become engaged and were looking to move out of their smaller home into something big enough for a family in the near future. They were very clear on the wish list and the style they wanted — Hamptons, boho, beach finish. After speaking with one of our sales agent friends, we came across an absolutely stunning property that fitted the brief perfectly. We all knew straight away it was the right one. It was due to go to auction, but we were keen to see it in their hands before anyone else could bid.

Right on budget, with the staged furniture included in the deal.
Outcome
After numerous inspections and almost a week of negotiating, we got a deal done before auction — which also included a selection of the staged furniture staying with the home.
