Journey
We began looking at houses across the Gold Coast, but the more we talked through how they actually live, the less a house made sense. With one of them away touring for months at a time, they needed lock-and-leave — somewhere that could be closed up and left without a second thought. Reframing the search around an apartment changed everything. We spent the following weeks working through high-end stock from Palm Beach south to Coolangatta and across the Tweed, until a beachfront apartment in Palm Beach came to market. We inspected it that day and had it purchased by the evening.

Outcome
Absolute beachfront, ocean views, and under budget — money that went straight back into the renovation. They're now designing the new floor plan.
