They were clear that they did not want a renovation — no project, no staged works, nothing that would have them living in a building site while their family grew. The location was fixed; the condition was non-negotiable.

The brief our buyers were looking for in that pocket of Burleigh Waters rarely reaches the open market. We ran the search through our off-market network, presenting four to five properties across a $2.5M–$4M range, each inspected and assessed against the brief before it was put in front of them.
