Client brief
A five-bedroom home on a canal with a large block, big enough that their adult children could live with them. They were open to a property needing some renovation work — both sons are builders and the family comes from a trade background.
Journey
Their property journey was a very unique one. We were the highest bidder at two auctions that were passed in, but with the vendors wanting more than the market would pay, we couldn't get a deal done. At times it was a frustrating experience, but we stayed patient — and at the third auction we secured the absolutely perfect home, right on the water in Robina.

Under budget by $50,000.
Outcome
A true example of remaining patient and taking the time to find the right property. We could easily have found something that didn't quite tick all the boxes, but by being adamant about finding the right home, we made sure the client ended up genuinely happy.
