Journey
Our buyers were flying up from Melbourne and back again before they engaged Jake. Jake spent a couple of weekends with them, working through different suburbs and properties before they settled on Palm Beach. This property had originally been under offer with another buyer before that deal fell through on finance. Because of Jake's close relationship with the selling agent, she called him immediately — and the property was under offer again before the end of the day.
